Please note during special offers, sale events or new collection launches you may experience up to 14 business day delays in receiving your order.
Delivery times are estimations provided by our couriers and can change once the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Delivery time does not include customs clearance/processing, which is unfortunately out of our control.
When will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders are shipped from the Gold Coast, Australia.
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
If you need to change your order you can do it until 12PM AEST the following business day.
To change within this timeframe, contact us at hello@altswim.com and include your order number in your request.
If you want to change your purchase after the allotted timeframe, the order will be shipped to you and you’ll send it back as a normal return (if eligible).
Can I return my order?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery. We offer refunds in the form of store credit (gift card) only.
There are no returns for personalized products.
All items purchased during our Cyber Week Sale are final and cannot be returned.

How much is personalization?
Personalization is $20 USD.
How do I personalize my product?
We offer personalization on a dedicated range of pieces.

How long does it take to personalize?
Personalization is made-to-order and requires extra time for embroidery. Please add an additional 3-7 business days to shipping time.
What if I need to change or cancel my personalization?
Once your order has been processed we do not offer alterations to personalizations. Please ensure all your details are correct before purchasing.
What if there is a mistake in my personalization?
If you have made a mistake when personalizing your product, we are unable to change or return your order. Please make sure all your details are correct before purchasing.
If the mistake is deemed to be a fault of ALT, we will replace your order as soon as possible.
