We offer 30 day returns from the date of delivery.

Returns are provided in the form of store credit (gift card) and will be delivered to you via email once your return has been processed.

To start your return, check the details below to ensure your order meets the conditions, then email us with your order number and return details.

Conditions of return

In order for a return to be accepted your order must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in original saleable condition, with all tags and hygiene stickers intact
  • Please try on swimwear over your own underwear.
  • Product cannot be damaged, worn, washed, or altered in any other way.
  • Product cannot be personalized.
  • Product cannot be purchased on sale.

Due to hygiene purposes, we reserve the right to not accept returns if we deem any of these conditions voided.

Returns on sale items

All items purchased during our Black Friday Sale and other sales periods are final and cannot be returned.

Personalized order returns

Personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Return timeframe

You have 30 calendar days to return the delivered product, counting from the day when the parcel is delivered.

If you won’t be able to organize a return within this timeframe, get in touch with us via the contact page.

Refunds (in the form of store credit) are processed within 14 business days of us receiving the return.
