How do I get VIP early access?
Early access is locked to ALT members for 48 hours. Create an account or log in to access the sale.
Make sure you sign up with your first name, email and phone number on this page so you don't miss when the sale launches.
Is everything on sale?
Yes, everything is 30% off for the 48 hours of early access.
Can I use another discount code?
Discounts can't be combined, so other codes won't apply on top of 30% off.
How do I get ready for the sale?
All our new styles will be available to preview online before the sale. Build your wishlist so you can check out fast:
- Log in to your account.
- Choose your size and tap the heart to save items to your wishlist.
- When the sale goes live, open your wishlist and add everything to your cart
Saving to your wishlist or adding to cart does not reserve items, and once something sells out it's no longer available at the sale price.

How long does personalization take?
Personalized pieces take 8 to 11 business days* to arrive. If you need yours sooner, add Priority Order in your bag or at checkout and we'll embroider and dispatch it the same business day, with express shipping included.
Can I return my Black Friday order?
All sale items are final sale, so we can't accept returns or exchanges on them. If you're unsure of your size, check our fit guide before you order, and if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can't change or cancel an order once we've processed it, so please check everything carefully before you place it.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch as quickly as we can, but orders may take a little longer than usual during the sale. Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days in Australia and 3 to 5 in the US for non personalized items.
However, personalized orders take up to 8-11 days. If you need yours sooner, add Priority Order in your bag or at checkout and we'll embroider and dispatch it the same business day, with express shipping included.
